What we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who holds your data

Al Narjis Technology W.L.L (النرجس للتقنية ذ.م.م), registered in the State of Qatar, of Doha, Qatar. Everything below is what that company does with your data.

What we hold about you

• Your company name, your billing email address, and the plan you chose.
• The name and telephone number of the person we should speak to, so we can reach you when email cannot.
• Your invoices and whether they were paid.
• The internet address you signed up from, kept only to prevent abuse.
• Whatever you put into your own system - that is your data, not ours.

What we do not hold

We do not store your password. The one we generate is shown to you once, on the screen straight after you pay, and emailed to you once - and then it is not kept anywhere, which is why we cannot tell you what it is. If you lose it, ask for a new one from your account page and we will set one and email it to you. If email is not reaching you, contact us and we will set one while you are on the line.

We do not hold your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, to take payment. Our hosting provider, who stores the servers your data sits on. Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your system's data stays until you ask us to delete it. Invoices are kept after you leave, because we are required to keep financial records - and because they are what settles a dispute about a payment.

What you can ask for

• A copy of everything, from your account page, at any time.
• Correction of anything we hold about you that is wrong.
• Deletion of your system and its data when you leave. We will confirm first and send you a copy before anything is destroyed.
