What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Al Narjis Technology W.L.L (النرجس للتقنية ذ.م.م), registered in the State of Qatar, of Doha, Qatar. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the company named on your invoice.
We host a business management system for you at your own web address. Your data is kept in a database used by you and nobody else.
The price and billing period of your plan, shown when you signed up and on your account page. Invoices are issued at the start of each period.
Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately, and your next invoice is at the new price. Moving to a smaller one takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you have paid for until then. We do not charge or refund a part-period either way.
After the grace period shown on your plan, access is paused. Your data is not deleted and not changed. Paying restores access immediately. We do not delete a paying customer's data for non-payment, and we will always contact you before anything is removed.
Your data is yours. You can ask for a complete copy at any time from your account page, and we provide it as both a full database export and spreadsheet files you can open without any software of ours.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything other than running the service for you. Our staff access it only when you ask us to, or when it is necessary to fix a fault.
You can ask to cancel at any time from your account page. We will confirm with you, send you a copy of your data, and only then stop the service. Nothing is deleted without your confirmation.
We back the service up daily and test that those backups can actually be restored. Backups are not a substitute for your own copy - if your data matters to you, take an export as well.
We aim to keep the service running at all times, and we will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee; if you need one, talk to us before signing up.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
