One customer, one system
The moment you register, a complete database is created at your own address. Not one row of your data sits beside another company's, and no single query touches both.
The other boxes are other customers. We do not print their names, and we will not print yours on anybody's page.
What the system does
Not a list of features. A list of work that gets finished.
Clinics: patients, appointments, procedures
A patient file with a file number, an appointment booked on a real slot and walked from reserved to arrived to in-clinic to done, the procedure invoiced and marked paid. Prescriptions, lab tests, nurse procedures and notes hang off the same record.
Property: buildings, units, tenants, contracts
Every unit has a file: who is in it, on what contract, until when, and what is due this month.
Maintenance requests
A tenant reports a fault. The request gets an owner, a date, a closing note and a cost. Nothing lives in a WhatsApp group.
Payroll, Qatar
Twenty-four salary rules, output as a WPS-shaped file. Basic, allowances, deductions, end of service.
Accounting and invoicing
Invoices, receipts, customer and supplier balances, and a set of books you hand to an auditor as they are.
Contracts with third parties
Suppliers, service companies, subcontractors: value, term, renewal date, and a warning before the date passes.
Utilities and telecom
Kahramaa and Ooredoo accounts tracked per building, per unit, per month, so a bill can be charged to whoever used it.
That is the list. If something is not on it, it is not in the system yet.

The clinic opens. Five appointments are on the eight o'clock slots; the first patient is marked arrived at reception, then in-clinic when the doctor takes her, then done. The procedure is invoiced and marked paid at the desk, and it is in the day's books before she has left the building.
A tenant in a building in Al Sadd calls: the AC in unit 12 has stopped. A maintenance request is opened in his name, assigned to the technician, closed at 14:10 with a note and a cost. The cost lands on the unit, and on the building's month.
Payroll runs. Basic, housing, transport, overtime and deductions come out of the twenty-four rules, and the WPS file is produced from the same figures that hit the books. There is no second spreadsheet on the side.
The Kahramaa bill for the building arrives. It is split across the units and appears on the tenant's invoice next to the rent, on its own line, in words he can check.

We say shaped, not certified. Check the file against your own bank's specification before your first live run, and tell us what it wants changed.

What is real here
Every column heading, status word, salary-rule code and dashboard tile below was read off the running system. Every figure and every date was made up for the drawing.

The names are blank because we have no customers to name, here or anywhere else on this page. The address on each screen is the one you typed at the top.
The payroll table's column headings and rule names, and every column heading on the clinic's appointment list, are still English in the system, in Arabic too. The drawings show them as they are.

We are new, and we say so.
Al Narjis Technology W.L.L is a new company. There is no customer list to check us against and no years of trading to point at, and there is nothing to gain by pretending otherwise.
What is not built yet you should hear from us now rather than in month two: the printed documents, meaning invoices, payslips and contracts, are still in English; the payroll file is WPS-shaped and certified by no bank; and anything that is not in the list of capabilities above is not in the system.
The software underneath is not new. We build on Odoo 17 Community Edition and the open-source OCA modules, software with a long public record that any programmer can read for himself. We are not an Odoo partner and we do not resell Odoo's paid edition.
We are the ones who build the system, host it at your address, and support it in Arabic and English. That is where our own record starts.
We are not going to show you the logos of customers we do not have, or user numbers we have not signed. What we show you is the module list above, the plan below, and a form that is the whole of our sales process. Judge the system.
Your data, and what happens if you stop
Every customer sits on a separate database. Your data does not share a table with another company's.
The system keeps running through a grace period of 14 days.
Access is frozen. The data stays exactly as it is. Nothing is deleted.
You can request a full export, tables, invoices, contracts and documents, as CSV files and a copy of the database. Your data is yours.
Nothing is deleted without your confirmation. We confirm with you and send you a copy of your data first.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for anything other than running your system.

- Does it work in Arabic?
- Yes, the system's own screens are in Arabic: the menus, the list columns and the buttons across property, maintenance, payroll, invoicing and the clinic, with the whole interface running right to left, and a one-click language switch under each person's own name. Still English: the printed documents, meaning invoices, payslips and contracts, some configuration screens, and the names of products and standards that are not ours to translate. You should hear that from us now rather than find it out in month two.
- Do we need a server, or an installation?
- No. You open it in a browser, on any device.
- Can we bring our existing data in?
- Yes. You can upload Excel or CSV files for customers, units and employees.
- Can the system be changed for us?
- Light customisation, fields, reports and print templates, yes.
- How do we pay?
- An invoice reaches you by email every month, with a payment link in it. Every invoice you have ever had stays on your account page.
- How do we get support?

Register
Two things: your company name and the address you want. The plan and its monthly figure are printed in front of you on the form, which takes about a minute. Then you confirm your email address, your first invoice reaches you, and your system is built at the address you chose as soon as that payment goes through.
